Entrance gates for stage shows on 29^th March and 3^rd April

The seating arrangements for the AZADI 50 stage show on 29^th March, 05 and the Call for Solidarity Concert on 3^rd April, 05 has been prepared. There would be three gates of entrance.  Gate I on the Mahavir Singh Road opposite Marina Park would be reserved for VIPs and the performing artistes. Gate II, also on the Mahavir Singh Road, will be open for Rs. 150 and Rs. 100 ticket holders. Gate III will be the main entrance of the Netaji Stadium opposite Andaman Club which will be open for Rs. 50 ticket holders. Parking of vehicles will be allowed on both the roads i.e. on Mahavir Singh Road and Netaji Stadium Road. Tickets holders are requested to strictly enter through their designated Gates to avoid confusion and chaos.

Educational Programme for students by NCERT

The 10-day educational programme being conducted by the Regional Institute of Education (NCERT), Bhubaneshwar and its DM School comes to a close tomorrow the 29^th March 2005. The sole objective of this programme was to coach the tsunami affected students of class X^th & XII^th in different subjects and to build confidence in them to take the examination.

The valedictory function of the programme will be held at 4.30 pm in Govt. Sr. Sec. School, School Line. Shri Udipta Ray, Secretary, Education will be the chief guest on the occasion.

Firing practice at Brichgunj

A small arms firing practice will be carried out at Brichgunj range on March 30, 2005 between 0800 hrs and 1300 hrs. All concerned, who are venturing in the area, have been warned to keep themselves away from the firing range on the date and period of firing practice. Any person allowing himself or herself in the danger zone will do so at their own risk.
