KIOSK

  The office of Deputy Commissioner facilitates a clean and transparent government by providing all the information to the public through the touch screen Kiosk. The kiosk is placed at the Counter section of Deputy Commissioner office where citizens can use it easily. The citizens need not ask the DC-Office staff to know the status of their application for a service.The citizens can place their finger on the screen in the relevant portion.The kiosk sofware has all the information of the services provided by the District Administration to the citizens like.
      
  1. Land Record Details :- Citizens can see 'Form-F' extract for a servey number/holding number in a village. presently Mayabunder Tehsil data is available.

  2. Application Status :- Citizens can check the status of their application which is related to the services offered by the DC-office.

  3. File Status :- Citizens can check the status of their file(related to Public Grievances submitted to the Dc-office). He/She has to choose the Acknowledgement number for his application and the kiosk will display the current status of the File.

  4. Services information - Citizen can know the details of the services offered by the District administration which has the total information of whom to apply, How to apply and what are the neccessary documents to be attached.
