• Filled in prescribed form with Documents enclosed.
• Reports from the Tehsildar from revenue point of view, Andaman Fire Services from fire point of view and from the Police Authority for verification of character and antecedents of the applicant is obtained.
• Press note is also published in the new paper inviting claims from the general public giving 15 days time to file such objections with clear reasoning.
• The objection so received (if any) is heard to know their genuineness. Only those objections which attract provisions contained in Excise regulation Rule and Guidelines dated 11-11-2008 & 13-07-2010 is examined.
• If the Licensing authority satisfy himself that the applicant has fulfilled all the conditions provided in the guidelines order dated 18-11-2008 & 13-07-2010, the bar licenses are issued on payment of prescribed fees.

• Document of age proof (The applicant should be above 18 years of age.

• Clearance certificate from fire service.
• Copy of insurance made against fire and natural hazards.

• Plan of the premises (in duplicate) showing elevation, position of the various rooms, cupboards, racks and all important details connected with the premises.
• Public Health  Certificate from the Health Department.
• Proof of running Hotel /tourism business since the year.
• PAN Card.
• NOC from the landlord in regard to use of the premises for the sale of liquor/beer if it is not owned by the applicant.
• Registration Certificates from the Health Department .
• Affidavit as proofs in terms of guidelines No. 7 of order 4192 dated 18/11/2008.

Grant of Bar Licence under Andaman Excise Rules, 1934 (Read with guidelines in Administration’s Order No.4192 dated 18/11/2008, & subsequent amendment vide order No.2585 dated (13/7/2010).

Renewal:-

     The applicant may apply in a plain paper along with its original licence, Fire Clearance Certificate, Sanitary and Hygiene Certificate, Standard Fire and special Perils Policy before the expire of his licence for further renewal.

      

• Filled in prescribed form with Documents enclosed for grant of Petroleum licence is processed according to the standing instruction regulating the grant of Petroleum licence to import & store Petroleum products class A upto 300 Liters and Class B 300 liters.
• Reports from the Tehsildar from revenue point of view, Andaman Fire Services from fire point of view and from the Police Authority for verification of character and antecedents of the applicant is obtained.
• If there is no objection from all aspects and If the Licensing authority satisfy himself that the applicant has fulfilled the conditions provided in the guidelines, the Petroleum licence to import & store Petroleum products class A upto 300 Liters and Class B 300 liters are issued to the applicant.

• Copy of identity card/Local Certificate.
• Record of right and map of land.
• Sketch map/Photograph of proposed outlet.
• NOC from the landlord in regard to use of the premises if it is not owned by the applicant.
• Licence fees.

Renewal:-

      The applicant may apply in prescribed Form IX before the expire of his licence along with its original licence for further renewal.

(see Rule 113, Article 5(a) to (f) of part 1 of schedule IV of the Explosive Rules, 2008).

    

• Filled in prescribed Form with Documents enclosed.
• Reports from the Tehsildar from revenue point of view, Andaman Fire Services from fire point of view and from the Police Authority for verification of character and antecedents of the applicant is obtained.
• If there is no objection from all aspects and If the Licensing authority satisfy himself that the applicant has fulfilled the conditions provided in the guidelines, the Crackers licence in Form LE-5 are issued to the applicant.

• Copy of identity card/Local Certificate.
• Name, location of the premises.
• Two copies of passport size photograph of the applicant.
• Licence fee as per Schedule IV, Part 2.

      The applicant may apply in prescribed Form AE-5 before the expire of his licence along with its original licence for further renewal.

• Filled in prescribed form with Documents enclosed.
• Report from the Superintendent of Police, N&MA and Dy.S.P (CID) is called for and if the reports are found in order, the case shall be considered for grant of licence.

      The applicant should apply in devised format (copy encl.) along with the following:
1) Original Arms licence.
2) Weapon deposit certificate obtained from the police station.
3) Proof of present residential address.

• Filled in prescribed Form-I in terms of the Notaries Act, 1952 and the Rules framed there under along with Documents enclosed.
• Notice is issued inviting claims & objections.
• If objections are not received, the case is recommended to the law department, A&N Administration.
• The applicant is called for interview and after approval of the Competent Authority, Certificate of practice is issued on payment of prescribed fee.

Renewal:-

     The applicant may apply before 02 months of the expiry of his licence/certificate in a plain paper along with the returns levied based on practice for the period.

• Filled in Prescribed Form with Documents enclosed.
• Forwarded to Tehsildar for report according to the guidelines for setting up of SCU in A&N Islands.
• The SCU complying with the said guidelines is forwarded to the Pollution Control Committee, A&N Administration for consideration of grant of NOC to the SCU.

Renewal:-

     The applicant may apply in a plain paper directly to the Member Secretary, Pollution Control Committee, A&N Administration along with necessary land documents and a copy of the NOC already issued.
