Whom to Apply	Deputy Commissioner N & MA.
Process	Filled in Prescribed Format with Documents enclosed. The filled in application must be signed by all co-tenants. Forwarded to Tehsildar for report/proposal etc . Tehsildar forwards to concerned AC with report/proposal etc. AC forwards it to DC, with comments/ recommendation. Examine by Reader and put up to DC for approval.
Documents to be enclosed	Recent copy of Record of Right (Form ‘F’) Affidavit of all co-tenant / stake holder to the effect that all are interested for the subdivision. Sketch map proposing the sub-division with plotable data, duly signed by all concerned.

Process	Filled in prescribed form ‘A’ from the record tenant for permission to divert the land. Forwarded to Tehsildar for report/proposal etc . Tehsildar forwards to SDO along with proposal and proposed sketch map. After examination, the SDO will order to the party to deposit required premium/ fine. After completion of all the formalities the SDO will issue order for diversion.

Revenue Appeal Petition

Process	File appeal petition along with the copy of judgment order passed by the lower court within 45 days the date of order.

Surrender of Land
Application	Apply in plain paper with affixed 1 Rupee court fee stamp.
Whom to Apply	Tehsildar.
Process	Application with documents enclosed marked to patwari for report. After recepit of report, DA prepares Revenue case and surrender order and submit for approval to tehsildar.
Documents to be enclosed	(i) Surrender statement from the person concerned/tenant concerned. (ii) Attested copy of Patta.

Occupancy Right
Application	Application in plain paper with affixed 1 Rupee court fee stamp.
Whom to Apply	Tehsildar.
Process	(i) Application in Prescribed form with Xerox copy of patta & Khasra Entry for the last 3 years. (ii) A proclamation is issued & after 15 days a NOC is to be obtained from the Pradhan and submit it to the Tehsildar. (iii)After submission a notice is issued to the applicant to contact the concerned area patwari for issue of O.R
