Process	Application with documents enclosed marked to tehsildar. If name is enrolled in the Islander /card database, card issued.
Documents to be enclosed	(i) Xerox Attested copy of Islander card of head of the family/other family member. (ii) Xerox attested copy of Age proof certificate. (iii) Xerox attested copy of local certificate.

Age proof (Birth /Matriculation/School leaving certificate.
