P.S.(I) The application
does not lie if a period of two years has not lapsed from the actual date of
completion of the residential house building on the subject.
(ii) Licences are procluded from
selling/transferring interest in the land/house site before expiry of ten years,
unless the transfer is in the name of parents/Husband's/Children's grand
children's/daughter in Law's/Son in Law's.
