    INCOMING CALLS FEATURE :

  Common Telephone number is 232579 

Whenever calls are made from outside to the secretariat on common number (232579), the voice guidance “ WELCOME TO THE SECRETARIAT, PLEASE ENTER THE EXTENSION NUMBER OR WAIT FOR THE OPERATOR ASSISTANT” will be heard. At that time press * & dial extension number. Otherwise if the extension number is not known, then wait for operator assistance. 

OUTGOING CALLS FEATURE :

 All the above numbers are provided with “0” dialing facilities. Whenever the staff & officers call outside then after the dial tone press  “0”. Then dial the telephone no. as required.
